Secretary Position
We are now sincerely inviting outstanding candidates like you to join our sales team in Tsim Sha Tsui. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in marketing and customer service, and assist in the company's business development.
Your Responsibilities
- Training and Coaching (mainly for new employees, covering process and basic rule training)
- Team Management and Event Planning (focusing on team culture, atmosphere, and performance progress)
- Data Analysis and Administrative Support
- Handling contract signing, payment, underwriting, and after-sales services
- Following up on the renewal of the manager's personal clients
- Preparing proposals and organizing documents
We Expect You to Have
- Experience in customer service or related administrative work
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good Chinese and English writing and expression skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Carefulness, initiative, and enthusiasm for work
