Job Description and Responsibilities
 

  • Handle sales orders and samples submissions for test.
  • Follow up and handle customers inquiries in a courteous manner on service capacity, quotation & invoice, reporting status, report contents etc.  via email and phone.
  • Support and consolidate information with Testing Department internally.
  • Responsible for building strong relationships with existing and new clients, achieve sales targets and promote company.
  • Prepare and assist exhibition and client visits.
  • Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
     

Job Requirements
 

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines.
  • Must be advance proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (LPT N2 or above).

  • Proficient in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • 1 to 2 years customer service experience in commercial laboratory will be an advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind.
  • Attentive to details, self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Good PC Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Willing to work under pressure and able to work independently.
