Job Description and Responsibilities
- Handle sales orders and samples submissions for test.
- Follow up and handle customers inquiries in a courteous manner on service capacity, quotation & invoice, reporting status, report contents etc. via email and phone.
- Support and consolidate information with Testing Department internally.
- Responsible for building strong relationships with existing and new clients, achieve sales targets and promote company.
- Prepare and assist exhibition and client visits.
Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines.
Must be advance proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (LPT N2 or above).
- Proficient in written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- 1 to 2 years customer service experience in commercial laboratory will be an advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Officer.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical mind.
- Attentive to details, self-motivated and positive attitude.
- Good PC Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Willing to work under pressure and able to work independently.
