About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team in Causeway Bay or Prince Edward. This is a full-time position, but we are also open to part-time arrangements. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a polite and friendly manner
  2. Manage incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling classes, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and providing operational support to staff
  4. Maintain a clean and organised reception area
  5. Assist with other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
  2. Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  5. Proficiency in using office equipment and software (e.g. Microsoft Office and Chinese processing applications)
  6. A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
  7. Immediate availability is preferred
  8. Available to work weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
