Digital Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role:

Meta Media Holdings Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager (Digital) / Sales & Marketing Manager (Digital) to join our innovative sales and marketing team in Hong Kong. The team plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and business expansion across our diverse portfolio, including print, digital and content solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in consultative sales, media expertise, client engagement, coupled with proven skills in marketing event execution and management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively drive and meet or exceed sales targets to fuel company growth.
• Understand clients’ marketing, communications strategies, objectives and KPIs to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from client engagement, campaign ideation to  proposal development, pipelines management, deal closure and post-campaign reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Content and Branding teams to craft innovative, client- focused solutions for brands and agencies.
• Build, grow and maintain strong relationships with key client decision makers and agency groups.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights for strategic accounts planning and category development.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Associate degree graduate
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, client servicing and marketing management.
• Experience in luxury market is a distinct advantage.
• Proven track record in selling advertising and content solutions, results-oriented mindset, self-motivation and excellent communication and strong presentation skills.
• Extensive network with direct clients and agencies in Greater China region.
• Digital savvy - ability to use data, research and insights to drive strategic  recommendations.
• Strong project management skills, with expertise in planning and executing marketing events and campaigns.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Sales & Marketing Manager (Digital) role.
