Job Description

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing features of our AI marketing SaaS platform (OptAdEasy, KOOLER AI, Kolsify, APHub), aligned with business goals.

To establish and foster trusted relationships with business partners and direct clients
-
Support business development team with technical product knowledge and customer-facing sales materials.
-
Design and regularly update product sales packages, pricing models and onboarding flows.
-
Lead the onboarding, training, and coaching of the customer service and sales team.
-
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, tools, and playbooks to improve sales conversion rates.
-
Gather user feedback, analyse usage trends, and share actionable insights with the product team to shape future development.
Job Requirement
-
Degree or above.
-
Experience in SaaS product marketing or Media agency (2+ year experience) with hands-on experience on performance marketing platform Product Specialist, Business Development and Sales roles.

Passionate in digital marketing technology, and interested in developing a industry leading digital marketing system.
-
Good in Cantonese, Mandarin & English for both written & oral.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.
