Business Development Manager – Serviced Office
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing occupancy rates for our serviced office spaces. You will develop strategies to attract new clients, build strong relationships for the new portfolio in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the serviced office market.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze occupancy rates, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the real estate or serviced office sector.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
