Job Description:

  • Managing e-commerce operations across platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Zalora, webstores and multiple marketplace accounts)
  • Developing and executing digital strategies to grow online sales and customer engagement
  • Optimizing product listings, pricing, and inventory across channels
  • Analyzing performance metrics and customer data to inform business decisions
  • Identifying and securing strategic partnerships to expand market reach
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and sales team
  • Contributing to strategic planning and long-term digital roadmap


Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder in E-commerce / Business / Marketing or related disciplines
  • 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce and business development, preferably in watches & fashion accessories
  • Proven success in managing online marketplaces and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong ecommerce ecosystems
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience with CRM, Google Analytics, and ecommerce CMS platforms
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Applicant with more experience will be considered as Manager
