Job Description

Responsibilities and opportunities:       

  • To perform account servicing tasks including to identify customer’s needs, enquiries handling, provide tracking reports or analysis through close communications by phone calls, messages, meetings and visits.
  • To build, maintain and strengthen relationships between the company and customers for business opportunities at different levels.
  • To motivate customers to drive the business by endorsing the company’s mission, vision and culture, business and products opportunity.
  • To provide high level of customer satisfaction and provide consultative support to customers to develop goals and business plan which align with the company’s strategic.
  • Document customer calls and report trends to management with clarity and speed.
  • Handling internal and external enquiries on compliance related issue.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • More than 3 years of work experience in customer service or account servicing
  • Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
