Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for assigned key accounts to meet sales and financial targets.
  • Create and implement annual account plans that support company profitability and market expansion goals.
  • Identify trade opportunities to improve brand visibility, sales performance, and promotional ROI—both sell-in and sell-out.
  • Oversee sales operations and strategic planning efforts for designated accounts.
  • Monitor and respond to competitive activities with both long-term strategies and short-term tactical solutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in the FMCG or consumer brand sector.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts, stakeholders, and operational processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience driving brand/category growth or challenging market norms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
