Service Advisor

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or above in any disciplines
• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Working experience in automotive industry is a must
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, attentive to details and pleasant personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess a valid HK driving license with Class 1 & 2
• Good command of spoken Cantonese and Putonghua

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide professional maintenance advice, quotation and quality customer services.
• Coordinate with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently
• Handle customer enquiries in professional manner to ensure the customer experience
