Senior Sales Support Officer

Who is this for?

An energetic, driven, and willing to work in a young & dynamic sales team. You will not have direct sales targets, and you will fully support the sales team in achieving their sales and performance objectives.

What you’ll be doing?

• Support the sales team to respond to clients timely, including lead assigning and managing response time
• Assist in new clients’ pre-sales & post-sales enquiries by phone calls, WhatsApp or email
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing & deliveries
• Assist in the preparation and submission of sales quotations and agreements
• Monitor the CRM system and support the sales team to achieve Sales KPI & performance
• Prepare sales-related reports
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

• High diploma or degree holder with at least 5 years of working experience
• Having strong sales/CS experience is a big advantage
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese to interact with clients and internal departments by phone calls, email or WhatsApp
• Proficient in using CRM systems, G Suite / MS Office (especially Google Spreadsheet & Excel), other sales-related software & fast typing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
• Great attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to adapt to changes and think outside the box
• Immediately available is preferred
