Job Description

職責:

  • Perform full range of receptionist in a clinic setting
  • Deliver professional and high quality service experience at front desk
  • Handle patients’ registration and verify patients’ medical card
  • Handle phone inquiry and booking in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in examination procedures, such as blood pressure, weight measurement, etc.
  • Handle other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager, including general clerical and administrative tasks


要求:

  • F.5/HKDSEE or above academic qualification
  • Preferably with 1-2 years or above of clinical or customer service experience
  • Customer-centric in driving total customer satisfaction
  • Mature, positive, proactive, and with customer-service manner
  • Experience in insurance procedures will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge
