Responsibilities
- To draft menu for luncheons, banquets and special events
- To prepare dishes and snacks for all events held at Penthouse
- To maintain the hygiene and proper conditions of the working environment and kitchen appliances
- To monitor the inventory level and quality of ingredients and perform monthly stocktaking
- To perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- At least 15-year experience in catering industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants; professional technique in cooking Chinese cuisine
