Job Description

Our Client is an American multinational information technology company listed in U.S. who is seeking a Client Manager / Client Service Officer for their Managed Print Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage account operation activities and escalations to maintain and build excellent relationship with client
  • As a contact and escalation point between customers and other support teams
  • Prepare PO, report, contract and invoicing related document
  • Closely engage and liaise with other delivery team to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery whilst managing delivery scope and resources

Requirement:

  • Degree in Business Management / Computer Science / or related disciplines are preferred
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed
  • 2 year or above of account management or customer services experience for Account Manager Position
  • Good communication skill and a trusted advisor to the customer
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, Verbal and written
  • Positive thinking, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • PC literacy: MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint
  • Applicants with more experiences will be considered for senior position
  • Immediately available preferred
