Job Description
Our Client is an American multinational information technology company listed in U.S. who is seeking a Client Manager / Client Service Officer for their Managed Print Services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage account operation activities and escalations to maintain and build excellent relationship with client
- As a contact and escalation point between customers and other support teams
- Prepare PO, report, contract and invoicing related document
- Closely engage and liaise with other delivery team to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery whilst managing delivery scope and resources
Requirement:
- Degree in Business Management / Computer Science / or related disciplines are preferred
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- 2 year or above of account management or customer services experience for Account Manager Position
- Good communication skill and a trusted advisor to the customer
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, Verbal and written
- Positive thinking, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- PC literacy: MS Office - Excel & PowerPoint
- Applicants with more experiences will be considered for senior position
- Immediately available preferred
