Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Report to Administration Manager;
  • Managing office operations, including correspondence, phone calls, scheduling, data entry, order tracking and procurement;
  • Monitoring and communicating with internal and external parties for providing repair and maintenance services;
  • Compiling different administrative reports for management review;
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above;
  • At least 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in retail, beauty or FMCG industry;
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, independent and willing to take on challenges with “can-do” attitude;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
