We have three offices, operating out of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai with ambitions to expand further.
As CSP continue to develop, we are excited to explore these opportunities and are therefore looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team in Hong Kong. To support daily administrative department operations, with the goal of gaining more experience and developing towards an Administrative Officer role.

Key Duties:
- Handle full spectrum of daily office administrative affairs & operation, including greeting guests, telephone calls, courier services, procurement & maintenance of office supplies and stationeries, repairing and maintenance, etc.
- Responsible for admin reports, contracts renewal, invoices and monthly statements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flight, accommodation bookings and itinerary planning.
- Support in planning, organizing and coordinating staff activities.
- Provide admin & secretarial support on business / personal affairs to Directors such as managing calendars, receiving and distributing mail and correspondences, communicating with internal and external parties, arranging meeting materials etc.
- Ad hoc task assigned by supervisor.
What We Are Looking For in New Team Members:
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- Flexible self-motivated and attentive to details.
- Able to multitask and good at working under pressure.
- Fast paced, passionate and hands on with a positive attitude.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience in a multinational working environment.
- Immediate available is preferred.
