Curriculum Development Officer (Mathematics)

Your Role: 

As a Curriculum Development Officer, you will lead the creation of dynamic, DSE-aligned Mathematics content for high school students (Form 4–Form 6). Your work will directly shape students’ mastery of every concept and help them excel academically. 

Responsibilities: 

- Design and develop a comprehensive Mathematics curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with DSE standards. 

- Create interactive digital resources (e.g., videos, simulations, quizzes) to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. 

- Collaborate with educators, content developers, and technical teams to ensure pedagogical effectiveness. 

- Analyze student performance data and feedback to refine content and address learning gaps. 

- Stay updated on DSE examination trends, emerging educational technologies, and best practices in STEM education. 

Requirements: 

- PhD in Mathematics (Applied Mathematics preferred). 

- Prior experience in teaching Mathematics at the high school or tertiary level is preferred. 

- Proficiency in written Chinese and English.  Good at Cantonese.

- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into student-friendly content. 

- Passion for innovation in education and a commitment to improving learning experiences. 

- Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools is an advantage.
