Key Responsibilities

Business Onboarding : Identify and engage with potential beauty and wellness businesses for partnership and onboarding onto the HelloToby platform.

Market Research : Conduct basic research to understand market trends and identify potential business partners.

Client Engagement : Build initial contact and foster relationships with prospective partners, guiding them through the onboarding process.

Collaboration and Learning : Work closely with experienced team members to learn about effective business development strategies, e-commerce trends, and client management.

Feedback and Improvemen : Actively seek and provide feedback on processes to improve the partner and customer experience on the platform.
Who We’re Looking For

Associate Degree holders in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related fields

Strong interest in e-commerce, beauty, and wellness services, with a keenness to learn and grow in these areas.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with potential partners and team members.

Highly motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team

Familiarity with standard computer applications; additional training will be provided as needed

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting
