Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing strategies and ensuring brand growth and visibility. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for all-around marketing duties                        

  • Planning and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Designing, building, and maintaining a strong and engaging presence across all social media platforms.

  • Measuring and reporting the performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, assessing them against established KPIs and ROI benchmarks, and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Identifying market trends, customer insights, and emerging opportunities to optimise marketing strategies and enhance performance.

  • Developing and executing brand and marketing activation plans to strengthen brand positioning and drive customer engagement.

  • Planning, developing, and implementing PR strategies to maximise branding and product exposure through media relations and strategic communication.

  • Evaluating the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints, leveraging analytics to refine and optimise the customer journey.

  • Collaborating with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute high-quality marketing initiatives.

  • Managing the marketing budget effectively to achieve the desired ROI and ensure resource optimisation.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree with a major in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, experience in fashion retail is highly preferable.

  • Proven track record in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, with hands-on experience in SEO/SEM and social media management.

  • Innovative thinker with a knack for brainstorming and executing creative marketing ideas

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
