Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution via message/ live chat.
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the business development team.
- Maintain and update the client database accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to deliver high-quality and timely responses.
- Prepare and compile reports related to business support operations.
- Assist managers in handling general client inquiries independently.
- Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
- Able to work on Night Shift during 1pm-10pm/ 2pm-11pm
- 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to follow work routines and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
