Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries efficiently, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution via message/ live chat.
  • Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the business development team.
  • Maintain and update the client database accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to deliver high-quality and timely responses.
  • Prepare and compile reports related to business support operations.
  • Assist managers in handling general client inquiries independently.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments and special projects as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • Able to work on Night Shift during 1pm-10pm/ 2pm-11pm
  • 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to follow work routines and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
