Job Description
Responsibilities:
Seconded to our clients of public sector to perform Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System on SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.
Participate in end-to-end system implementation for Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) System revamp, including but not limited to the following tasks:
1. Requirement Facilitation
-
Liaise between procurement project team and contractor project team to collect and verify business needs;
-
Assist contractor project team to review current processes and define new processes;
-
Assist contractor project team to define scope and process of data conversion; and
-
Validate vendor-proposed solutions against business needs and S/4HANA best practices.
2. Testing & Quality Assurance
-
Conduct system integration tests and assist in UAT coordination with business users;
-
Review and verify deliverables (specs, configurations, test plans, testing scripts and test results)
provided by contractor project team for compliance; and

Validate accuracy of data conversion and system integrations.
3. Change Management & Training
-
Review training materials and support end-user training; and
-
Assist in cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization.
Requirements:
-
Degree in Computing or related discipline;
-
At least 8 years of experience in SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA;
-
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications;
-
Certification in SAP S/4HANA Procurement/ NetWeaver ABAP/ FICO/ PM/ MM will be an advantage; and
-
Experience with one or more modules (BW, MM, SRM, ABAP, FICO, BO, PM) will be an advantage.
