Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Manage Supply Chain IT and operational projects
  • Meet with customers and understand customers’ supply chain requirements, Methodology driven
  • Prepare and quality control project documentation and specifications
  • Build good customer relationships and promote KYC “Know Your Customer” standards
  • Provide remote or on-site application installation and user training to TradeLink field offices and customers

Requirements:

  • 4 - 6 years working experience
  • Preferably with a background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and project implementation methodologies
  • Strong data analysis and process improvement skills
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly and influence both internal and external parties
  • Excellent video etiquette and training skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Korean
