Job Description
Responsibility:
- Manage Supply Chain IT and operational projects
- Meet with customers and understand customers’ supply chain requirements, Methodology driven
- Prepare and quality control project documentation and specifications
- Build good customer relationships and promote KYC “Know Your Customer” standards
- Provide remote or on-site application installation and user training to TradeLink field offices and customers
Requirements:
- 4 - 6 years working experience
- Preferably with a background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and project implementation methodologies
- Strong data analysis and process improvement skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly and influence both internal and external parties
- Excellent video etiquette and training skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English & Korean
