Software/Technical Consultant

Job Description

• Responsible for proposed solution of ECM software;

• Handle customers' technical questions on proposed products;

• Provide best practice recommendations on software infrastructure;

• Manage and follow-up on customers' queries;

• Coordinate / setup Proof of Concept (POC) on customer site;

• Deliver pre-sales & after-sales support and technical support, prepare sales proposals and solution;

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop solutions that fulfil customer needs;

• Maintain strategic partnerships with customers to aid in continuous digital transformation.

Job Skills & Requirements

• College or University graduate in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines;

• Knowledge and experience in ECM/DMS, BPM and Workflow solutions in advantages;

• Knowledge and experience in Linux & MS products, e.g. Red hat, Ubuntu, MS Windows, MS Exchange, MS SQL;

• Knowledge in Python, Java, Vue and JQuery is preferred;

• Good Analytical and Presentation Skill;

• Experience in writing system documents;

• Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);

• Immediate availability in an advantage.
