System Engineer - Maintenance Support

• Implementation of internal and/or clients’ servers, server software and virtualization solutions

• Setup, installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and fine-tuning of the related components

• Implementation of system management / monitoring configuration and procedures including backup / restore components

• Knowledge on Oracle Database, WebLogic

• Set up compilation of reports and updates of manuals and related documentation

• Preparation of related specifications

• Preparing and conducting system tests and user acceptance

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• University graduate in IT or related disciplines is preferred

• At least 4 years' experience in installation, configuration and support of Linux and/or Windows servers and/or Private/Public cloud platform

• Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills

• Mature, aggressive, flexible, energetic, self-motivated and able to take up challenges and pressure

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese is required
