System Engineer (7 x 24 shift roster)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily operations support & maintenance including website, servers and network issue.
• Configure and maintain the IT-infrastructure
• Hardware and software installation for computer facilities

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines is preferred
• At least 1-2 year relevant working experience on I.T support
• Experience on Windows 11, Active Directory and Office 365
• Experience on Cloud service such as Azure, AWS, Aliyun etc. is plus
• Knowledge in maintenance for Window servers and Linux servers is plus
• Experience on network setup and LAN/WAN technology is plus
• Self-motivated, work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsibilities may include outdoor work, on-call standby and working outside of standard office hours.

Immediate availability is highly preferred. This role operates on a 7x24 shift roster, with 5 working days per week, which will include Saturdays, Sundays and General Holidays.

Shift Schedule:

• Morning Shift: 07:15 - 15:45
• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 - 23:30
• Over Night Shift: 23:00 - 07:30
