Project Engineer (HVAC / Ventilation)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Project Manager

• Responsible in Project Installation work preparation, testing, planning, execution from P.O.C, awarded projects to post project activities 

• On-site support and supervise construction activities, to ensure project requirements and time schedule

• Conduct regular site visit in project monitoring and progress reporting to client and internal team members

• Work on installation solution and technical discussion among client and contractor representatives

• Material and Logistics arrangement for site installation and testing

• Prepare and maintain Project Documents and Report upon completion in installation and Testing

• Support in testing in R&D and Business development activities

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) and/or Building Services

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project engineering experience in electrical engineering or construction industry

• Knowledge and experience in HVAC and working E & M contracting firm will be advantage 

• Familiar with AutoCAD and Schematics drawings

• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin 

• Self-motivated, well-organized, and with effective communication skill

• Energetic and with ‘Can-do’ attitude.

• Work well both independently and as a team in a SME environment

• Occasional travel may be required for project outside HKG in APAC area
