Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant/Secretary/Project Manager to support our Senior Business Development Director. This role is crucial in facilitating the smooth operation of sales initiatives and project management within the business development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the Senior Business Development Director in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account management, finance) to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Senior Business Development Director.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for clients to address inquiries and provide support.
- Assist in organizing client meetings and events, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Help in nurturing relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
Administrative Support:
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel arrangements for the Senior Business Development Director.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting related to projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales support, project management, or a related role, preferably in the advertising industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
