· Daily monitoring of the customer service department situation and report
· Resolve matter / discrepancies / follow up with China marketing department / customer enquiries
· Provide supports to the sales people
· Assist in the exhibitions in HK and overseas (if required)
· Coordination with shipping and accounts department
· Overall communications between HK and China marketing department
Requirement:
· Degree holder with 3-4 years full time working experience in Customer Service
· Work experience in the field of Jewellery / Watch is a compulsory
· Knowledge of jewellery software (JDB) system is more preferable
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
· Good computer skills
· Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Sales Co-ordinator
· Immediately available is preferred
