Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify the proper operation of wages protection policies;
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on payment of wages and MPF contribution and daily records of wage books to site management;
  • Responsible for receiving complaints from site personnel on any matters relating to wage payment and other related matters including referring the complaint cases to the Labour Department;
  • Check the validity of complaints;
  • Conduct random site inspection to verify the identity of site personnel and promote effective communication;
  • To deployed to the developer’s office for providing support in coordination and HR tasks.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or Grade “E” in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) including Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years of full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties;
  • Experience in Main Contractor is a MUST;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labour legislation;
  • Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese;
  • Hands on experience in using MS office applications and Chinese word processing.
