What You’ll Be Doing:
Account Management & Client Success
- Act as the primary post-sales contact for B2B clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term satisfaction.
- Provide onboarding, product training, and continuous support for fintech trading and digital financial solutions.
- Proactively monitor client performance and usage, resolve issues, and enhance retention and upselling opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and partnership.
- Clearly explain fintech products, trading platforms, and technical solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to address client needs and feedback.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging financial technologies to provide informed advice to clients.
Event & Business Development Support
- Represent the company at exhibitions, fintech conferences, and networking events.
- Engage with potential clients to promote company solutions and generate leads.
- Follow up with prospects, assist in onboarding new accounts, and support business expansion efforts.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
6–8 years of solid experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales, preferably in fintech, forex, or financial services industries.
Familiar with trading systems, APIs, or SaaS-based fintech platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to handle client escalations and technical discussions.
- Confident in representing the company at professional events and building business connections.
- Proactive, client-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
