Accounts Clerk

We are a well-established system integrator for Audiovisual, Lighting and Central Control Systems (www.bap.com.hk). In order to cope with our business expansion, we are looking for high caliber to join our team:

Responsibilities:

• Assist general admin. work
• Filing, data entry, and daily office duties
• Issue invoice, receipt, credit note & prepare cheque / electronic payment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• F.6 or above, 1 year working experience is preferred
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & Putonghua
• Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. MS Office, Windows, MS Outlook
• Self-motivated, responsible & hardworking
