GENERAL MANAGER – MARKETING (CHINA TEAM) [REF. GM-M]

Key Responsibilities:

Report to the Broad of Directors as the stakeholder on property sales (and leasing, if required) in assigned cities/projects.

Marketing Strategy

• Develop marketing plans and strategies for the projects and to coordinate on assumptions and timing associated with property sales, agencies and commissions.

Project Planning & & Cross-departmental Collaboration

• Coordinate with Development Department and Project Department from design brief through project completion.

• Coordinate with Estate Management Department on requirements including management fees and related tariffs, operating expenses, etc.

Business Development

• Explore business opportunities with other departments on project development and related business.

• Assist and involve in investment deals if required, including identifying new business opportunities for investment properties, participating in the deal process and assisting in top management’s decision making process.

Compliance & Team Management

• Manage approval process to ensure all execution comply with company policy.

• Supervise Hong Kong based team members in controlling and auditing PRC local offices on report submission, approval and marketing intelligence.

• Travel to cities with projects-in-charge for monitoring and investigating on strategies execution.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines

• At least 10-15 years of experience in marketing of PRC properties

• Proven experience in developing successful marketing campaigns with in-depth understanding of PRC real estate landscape

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with excellent communication and leadership skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, and good command of Putonghua
