Project Manager (WestK)

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee infrastructure project management, including gathering user requirements, designing solutions, procuring resources, implementing systems, and rolling out to production.

• Collaborate with internal users and the technical team to gather user requirements and design solutions.

• Prepare procurement documents including purchase requisitions, tender specifications and tender awards.

• Develop and implement project plan to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scopes and budgets.

• Develop project documentation such as meeting materials, project roadmap and regular updates to management.

• Manage the contractor for project implementation including system design, installation, testing and commissioning, security risk assessment and audit, system handover and production rollout.

• Manage and control project risks and issues, develop and implement the mitigation plans to resolve the same.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

• Minimum 8 years of IT infrastructure project management experiences.

• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner or equivalent.

• Experience in handling greenfield IT infrastructure project

• Experience in CAD drawings is a PLUS. 

• Experience in handling procurement and tendering documents is preferable.

• Knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, BGP, OSPF).

• Excellent project management, leadership and communication skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
