Project Engineer / Assistant Project Engineer

Cyber Fortune M&E Ltd. is currently inviting for Project Engineer / Assistant Project Engineer to join our rapidly growing HK based team. The role will be focused on execution of Hong Kong E&M project & fitting-out installation in commercial, residential, public utilities, government, and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in oversee & supervise project execution, incl. HVAC systems with controls and electrical from design, installation, and maintenance.
• Prepare and submit project documents & records.
• Monitoring site work progress to ensure all works carried out comply to regulations
• Coordinate with different project parties, including clients, consultants, facility management offices, vendors, and subcontractors.

Requirements
• Degree / HD / D in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering
• Possess at least 2 years' E&M project experience in HVAC System Installation
• Good team player, Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Proficiency in use of MS office & AutoCAD
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English 
• Possession of Safety Supervisor is preferable.
• Candidate with lesser experience and / or qualification will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Engineer
