Senior Planner / Planner

Responsibilities:

• To plan daily vehicle scheduling for transportation operation
• Be co-operative and build up good relationship with other units/departments in order to work as a team
• Schedule appropriate crew and vehicles for special shipments and Jewellery cost effectively
• arrangements for all special shipments with Assistant Operations Manager and Head of Operations
•  Prepare daily trip report (ATA/ETA, Daily analysis report, manpower analysis report, trip productivity report, missed job and lateness report, etc.)
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• with solid experience in logistics
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with staff at all levels
• Computer literate
