Job Description
Korean International School (KIS) is a private, independent school with over 800 students representing more than 30 nationalities. We provide a British-style academic education tailored to the English-speaking community in Hong Kong.
KIS is now conducting our annual recruitment cycle for the 2025-26 academic year and invites qualified, enthusiastic, and dedicated teachers to express their interest in joining our school.
Key Responsibilities 職責
-
To carry out routine checks, minor repairs and maintenance on all school systems, including tiling, painting, basic E&M and builder’s works
負責學校各項水電、泥水、冷氣及一般日常維修及保養工作 -
To conduct regular inspection of the school equipment and facilities}
安裝、操作、維修及保養學校設施及設備,並協助進行定期檢查 -
To liaise with and supervise external contractors on builder’s and repair work arranged by the school
協助監察承判商之日常和緊急維修工作進度、質量及安全 -
To assist with moving furniture, equipment and other items
需搬運學校器材及處理棄置物資 -
To perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors or his delegates
執行由上司指派的工作 -
Handle emergency calls, work on irregular hours and weekends, if necessary
按需要負責緊急維修服務及假日超時工作
Requirements 職位要求

Relevant Experience in repair and maintenance of school facilities
熟悉學校/建築物保養及維修工作,並了解相關電器設備的接駁、設置及操作 -
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance service
具兩年以上有關經驗 -
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A is a must
必須持電工A牌 -
Good language skill with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
良好粵語、 略懂英語 -
Cheerful character with proactive and “can-do” mind-set
有責任心、勤奮、守時、能獨立工作 -
Familiar with MVAC system is an advantage
懂處理冷凝及空調維修者優先
