Market Operations Manager

ob Description：

Develop market expansion plans in alignment with the group’s annual objectives and requirements;

Manage and guide branch performance, including achievement of KPIs and review of performance target-setting;

Conduct regular analysis of group revenue, gross margin, and other key metrics to optimize resource allocation strategies;

Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to propose targeted marketing strategies;

Evaluate marketing campaign trends and design corresponding promotional plans and budget allocations in line with business development goals;

Lead market expansion and client relationship management in key regions, including regular client visits and maintenance of relationships with key clients. Handle major client complaints and implement corrective/preventive measures;

Develop internal training programs, conduct regular performance evaluations, and optimize incentive mechanisms;

Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements & Skills：

Bachelor’s degree or above

3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing/operations

Strong marketing acumen and data analysis skills

Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with excellent communication and coordination skills

Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese

Willingness to travel frequently for business
