Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with clients to help them achieve their business objective
• Plan and manage all Social Media platforms strategy including content direction, posting and monitoring social community
• Develop, execute and track Social Media platforms promotional campaigns
• Work with Blogger and KOL to achieve social media success for clients
• Work closely with clients to help them achieve success on Social Media
• Provide strategic social media advice and guidance to influence clients’ WOM and deal with PR crisis
• Compile reports on campaign effectiveness in social media sites and collect marketing intelligence

Requirements:

• Passionate in digital marketing is a MUST
• Good communication and project management skills
• Outgoing, aggressive, self-motivated and result oriented
• Understanding on social media trends and best practices across the digital and new media sectors
• High Diploma or above, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, Arts or related disciplines
• Client servicing and practical experience in social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu will be treated as an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• More experience will be considered as Senior position
