Communications & Branding Officer 傳訊及品牌主任

InspiringHK Sports Foundation is seeking a talented individual as our Communications & Branding Officer. Our Officer will be based in Hong Kong, work under the direction of the Communications Manager, and collaborate with the staff and board members in serving our vision and missions. 

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the communications team to gatekeep all publications to align with relevant branding guidelines and communication objectives; 
• Produce Chinese and English copywriting for publication materials including social media posts, annual reports and press releases;
• Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and ensuring consistency in style and tone;
• Coordinate with external service providers, including marketing agencies, vendors, designers, photographers and videographers;
• Maintain our organisation’s website and social media platforms, assisting with content creation and basic multimedia editing;
• Provide day-to-day support to the Programme Team such as reviewing public-facing materials;
• Support the coordination and execution of any organisational branding events;
• Support the organisation’s media activities, including handling media enquiries and arranging interviews; 
• Manage our network of athletes and media contacts;
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications 

• Degree holder in Language, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communication, journalism or other relevant fields, candidates with more experience might be considered for the Senior Officer role. 
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; strong Chinese writing skills are highly preferred;
• Proficiency in AI/Photoshop skills is a plus;
• Organised, meticulous attention to details;
• Demonstrate a strong passion in youth work/sports/partnership management;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player; 
• Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently;
• Willing to occasionally travel to various districts in Hong Kong in weekday evenings and weekends, with transport subsidy and compensation leave; 
• Knowledge of and passion for InspiringHK Sports Foundation and the charitable sector preferred.

On top of the statutory holidays, maternity leave and paternity leave,  IHKSports offers 14 days of annual leave, birthday leave and health insurance with dental benefits. Other staff benefits include a one-hour early leave every month to do individual sports, a wellness day every month to do team sports together and flexible working hours at the office, compensation leave for overtime working, compassionate leave, and marriage leave (upon completion of 1-year service).  Office is closed on the last day of each calendar year and the day before Chinese New Year.
