Responsibilities
- Oversee IT system and budget, analyse company needs and implement improvement solution
- Develop and update IT policies and IT security
- Maintain on site IT infrastructure
- Provide technical installation, configuration, troubleshooting on IT hardware and software
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure upgrading or related projects
Manage and supervise team for daily IT support
Requirements
- Degree holder or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 yr+ hands on experience in troubleshooting PC and network related problems and providing application support
- Knowledge on computer server hardware, systems and software applications
- Experience in TCP/IP networking, router and firewall, data security and MS Windows Server, Linux systems & VMware etc.
- Experience with Web Services such as IIS, FTP, WINS and DNS
- Knowledge on backup and recovery procedure, system security and system performance monitoring
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to get involved with different tasks and projects
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good communication skills
- Immediately available is a definite advantage
