Job Description
Belle Fashion Group is the largest footwear & apparel retailer in China. Role & Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software and Operating system problems, and replace defective components
- Coordinate with vendor to resolve problems and installation of application / device
- Provide telephone application support on various system
- Provide on call standby support after office hour
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of network, Windows OS, Mac OS, computer systems
- Good interpersonal skills, initiative, work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
