Objective of the Position

As a Senior Advanced Analytics Associate within the Strategy and Planning department, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making across the organization. You will leverage advanced analytical techniques and AI-powered tools to support pricing strategies, forecast business performance, and maximize product profitability. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that directly impact our business outcomes.

What You'll Do?

Strategic Analytics and Business Intelligence

• Conduct advanced analyses on pricing strategies, customer behavior, and product performance to support strategic decision-making across the organization

• Design data collection frameworks and define key metrics to track business performance, pricing effectiveness, and competitive positioning

• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to provide context for strategic recommendations

AI-Enabled Data Analysis

• Build predictive models for sales forecasting, customer lifetime value (CLV), and demand planning using statistical and machine learning techniques

• Leverage AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to rapidly draft, review, and refine Python scripts for data analysis and modelling

• Automate analytical workflows and build repeatable processes to improve efficiency and enable self-service insights across the organization

Insight Generation and Communication

• Create compelling data visualizations and presentations that tell clear stories and drive action from leadership and stakeholders

• Provide strategic recommendations based on rigorous analysis of market trends, customer segments, and product profitability

What You Have?

• A university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field

• 5 years of work experience in analytics, preferably within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and automation

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling methodologies

• Strong goal-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with ability to break down complex problems

• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts in accessible language to non-technical stakeholders

• Growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and industry knowledge
