Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership on handling account services.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, samples and materials
- Update project management system daily.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, ensuring their needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues and blockers.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or open to Fresh Graduates.
- 3-4 years or more experience may qualify for a Project Coordinator role.
- Diploma or certificate in related field.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua is essential.
- Detail-oriented, independent and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Strong team player with passion and commitment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Efficient project or order management abilities.
