Officer (Partnership & Youth Advancement)

Duties:

• Assist in planning various partner and alumni activities to strengthen partnerships and networking opportunities

• Prepare regular communications with partners and alumni through newsletters, emails, and social media platforms

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of engagement events and activities

• Manage and update a comprehensive database to ensure accuracy and relevance

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to working groups and assist the department with partnership-related matters

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Sub-degree or above, preferably in Marketing or related disciplines

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and well-organized

• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua

• Skilled in Chinese Word Processing and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in corporate partnerships / tertiary education sector is an advantage
