Job Description

Harrow International School Hong Kong is seeking an inspiring and committed Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful Mathematics Department. This is a temporary position for the second half of the academic year, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our vision of Educational Excellence for Life and Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

·         Deliver high-quality Mathematics teaching with high expectations for pupil achievement.

·         Plan and implement differentiated lessons to support academic excellence and pupil progress.

·         Assess pupils effectively and provide precise feedback to enhance learning.

·         Contribute to departmental development, including schemes of work and sharing best practices.

·         Support pupils in enrichment opportunities such as competitions and Olympiads.

·         Participate in pastoral care as a Tutor and contribute to the wider life of the School, including co-curricular activities.


Qualifications & Experience

·         Good Honours degree and a postgraduate teaching qualification (including QTS).

·         Proven track record of delivering strong academic outcomes.

·         Experience teaching Further Mathematics at A-Level is desirable.

·         Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments and innovative teaching practices.
