 Who We Are Looking For:

We are currently seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Senior Accountant / Accountant to join NTT DATA’s global payment hub, which is headquartered in Hong Kong. This is an exciting and key role in the global organization and reports directly to the Head Of Finance in Hong Kong.  This role will be supporting daily/ monthly accounting routines and associated tasks on financial reporting. Specific duties include:

• Handle full set of accounts;

• Perform daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transaction, especially general ledger activities;

• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliation;

• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information;

• Collaborate with various departments on accounting-related issues;

• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of audit schedules, account reconciliation and tax schedules for audit preparation and compliance with tax and regulatory authorities; and

• Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance;

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained from MNC;

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, including Pivot Table, V-lookup etc;

• Experience in working with ACCPAC (Sage 300);

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure;

• Analytical, self-motivated and proactive team player with a strong sense of collaboration;

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both oral and written);

• Willing to work in a small team with fast pace;

• Energetic and adaptive, capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines; and

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant.
