Accounting Manager

Company Overview:
Anytime Fitness is a leading global fitness franchise, dedicated to providing members with flexible and convenient fitness experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to oversee and develop our business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of the organization

• Take responsibility for month-end operations, including reconciliation, reporting, and consolidation at the regional level

• Oversee the whole financial operations including AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory, taxes, financial accounting and management

• Develop and manage reports, budgets, profit, forecasting financial results.

• Coordinates monthly and annual closing activities

• Ensure that financial transactions adhere to business accounting policies as well as (Regional GAAP) and local GAAP

• Lead & review the team to conduct variance analyses and ensure timely and accurate monthly management reporting

• Finalize and file statutory accounts to maintain compliance with APAC statutory requirements

• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations.

• Performs other duties as assigned or required

Job Requirements

• Degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

• Qualified member of CPA, CPAA, ACCA or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in FP&A or Management reporting

• Experience in managing team and working with senior management

• Solid experience with in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong tax laws

• Proactive, independent, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
