FINANCE CONTROLLER

• Ensure required trade facilities available for various trading business divisions after understanding the business operation / requirements in coordination with various international Banks. Managing Import/export document, cash flow management with multi -currency accounts.

• Ensure statutory compliance of Audit, Tax Return , audit of Representative office accounts in China , Salary calculations and returns to IRD, filing of annual Returns with the Company Registry.

• Interact with other financial teams in Hong Kong, New York & India to provide consultative support and planning and report.

• Making sure we are fully compliant with all the departments- Labor department, AML, Customs, IRD.

• Submit and present reports to our Management at Hong Kong and New York and provide financial insights.

• Having a full control of Account receivables and account payables and making sure that we are on top of them with each account related to customers and vendors.

• Supervision of junior accountant staff in Hong Kong & India office.

• Other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant / Finance or related disciplines.

• 5 years or above experience

• Familiar with ERPs is a must.

• Good command in written and spoken English & Hindi

• Responsible, accurate, honest and able to work under pressure and with effective time management and problem solving skills.
