Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide general administration and clerical support to the IT Department to ensure the smooth running of the operations
- Maintain and update in IT asset records
- Manage ticket system
- Provide general helpdesk support and installation setup for hardware, software, mobile device and computer
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for assigned tasks
- Assist in ad-hoc IT-related assignment/projects
Requirements
- Understanding of mobile devices and other tech products will be an advantage
- Form 5 or above
- Good interpersonal skill, telephone manner and service attitude
- Able to work collaboratively in team environment
- Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is a plus
