Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for data entry, clerical duties and assisting supervisor in preparation of the project objective, monthly cost control report and budget forecast
- Control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded
- Provide cost control and planning advice to project team as and when required
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines, with at least one year of working experience
- Good analytical and numerical sense
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous
- Proficient in MS Office e.g. Excel
- A fast learner with ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous but not a must
