Job Description
Job Specification:
- Provide in-house and on-site field services for system and equipment installation, commissioning, repair and subsequent maintenance support for laboratory / clinical equipment
- Provide preventive maintenance and aftersales engineer service
- Support ad hoc project assigned by the company
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Engineering (Biomedical/ Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical)
- 1-year experience in field service support, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Experience in laboratory or clinical market is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills with customer service focus
- Positive attitude, proactive, good team player, responsible, able to work independently
- Good in both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Hardworking & willing to learn
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Service Engineer
