Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working and presentation drawings

  • Handle the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents

  • Work closely with the Project Director and internal team members to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of architecture projects

  • Encourage a collaborative team environment, by leading the design process and delegating effectively to the project team for the projection of design presentations and associated documentation within the project programmes

  • Assist in tender submission and contract administration

  • Arrange client meetings and site visit

  • Proficient in BIM, Revit are highly preferred

  • Proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketch Up

  • Assist the Architectural team for ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Master degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies or equivalent

  • Minimum 2-3 years post-qualification experience

  • Creative, mature, responsible and independent

  • Project Administration experience would be an advantage

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
